Rocks — это может быть и лед в напитке ( bourbon on the rocks) и, простите, яйца. Зависит от контекста. Чаще всего, конечно, это лед - его в барах только так и называют.
Rocking — превосходный, такой что "закачаешься".
Rocky — пьяный. Вообще-то это слово переводится и как "качающийся", и как "неколебимый", так что с героем Сталлоне все в порядке.
Rocky Mountain oysters — устрицы Скалистых Гор. Какие в горах устрицы? Это взаправдашнее кулинарное блюдо, его все знают, хотя и не все пробовали; оно не в любом ресторане бывает. Но встречается - в районе Скалистых Гор и на юге, чаше всего. Это - печеные свиные или бычьи яйца. Есть еще выражение "world is your oyster", где слово "устрица" (oyster) тоже используется иносказательно. Фраза означает - мир раскрыт для тебя (как ракушка).
